Important Requirments
- Authorized Connections Only: No water connection will be made to the Ridgeview Estates water system without an approved water meter.
- Account Status: HOA dues must be current in order for the water meter installation to be completed.
- Installation: All meters must be installed by—or under the direction of—the Ridgeview Estates Water System Operator.
- Submission: This form is required for submitting all requests for water meter installations and/or site evaluations.
Fees & Cost Structure
- Standard Deposit: $2,500 must be received by Ridgeview Estates before work commences. Includes: Water meter, boxes, necessary components, and up to 10 hours of labor.
- Additional Labor: Installations exceeding 10 hours of labor will be billed to the lot owner at a rate of $50 per additional hour.
Process & Next Steps
- Application & Scheduling: Once your form is submitted, the HOA Board will contact the Water System Operator to schedule the date and time of the work.
- Invoicing: An invoice will be emailed to you after submitting this form. Work will commence only after full payment is received and all delinquent HOA dues are paid in full.
